Last month I made a trip down to Eastbourne in Sussex for the wedding of Helen and Tom. It was a real scorcher, and the wedding was held at the lovely Gildredge Manor which is set in a peaceful public park. The morning began photographing Helen and her bridesmaids getting ready inside the manor house, and I also dropped in on Tom who was getting ready with the groomsmen at the best man’s house, just a few minutes up the road. The ceremony was super emotional – especially flowergirl Poppy’s heart-touching reading – and there was barely a dry eye in the room! The reception featured an awesome outdoor band, lawn games and plenty of time for guests to relax and enjoy the canapes. After dinner and five great speeches, the boys enjoyed some Cuban cigars, before everyone tore up the dancefloor to celebrate the wedding.
