Last month I headed to Cambridge for Elaine and Richard’s Downing College wedding. The ceremony was held in the classical Howard Building, which overlooks a sunken garden where the reception was held. After the vows and confetti, the wedding party headed to the River Cam for an hours relaxed punting along the backs and past many of Cambridge’s colleges. This was a great way for guests to relax and enjoy a quintessential Cambridge experience. Walking back through town to the Downing College wedding reception we passed lots of Hen Dos who cheered on the bride and groom. We spent some time exploring the grand gardens of Downing College to create some relaxed portraits, and then some family photos around Howard Court. After the wedding breakfast and speeches, Elaine and Richard had organised casino tables for the evening entertainment and guests enjoyed playing roulette and blackjack and celebrating with Elaine and Richard.
