Helena & Charlie got married in Helena’s home village in Hertfordshire, and had a home marquee wedding reception. The day began with Helena and her bridesmaids getting ready in Helena’s childhood family home, which is a beautiful space and filled with wonderful memories. The wedding ceremony took place in the village church, just a two minute walk from the family home across the centre of the village. The route took the bridal party past the village duck pond and some beautiful chocolate box cottages, on an idyllic Spring day. After the church ceremony, we made time for a few family photos and confetti before heading back to the family garden which was beautifully landscaped and also housed the stunning marquee for the wedding reception. Guests enjoyed free flowing champagne and canapés before being seated for the wedding breakfast, and a series of excellent speeches. For the evening, an excellent band entertained guests and the lively dance floor carried on late into the night.
